Assembly Instructions

We designed this box with easy assembly in mind. We achieved all our design goals. This box goes together in minutes. Open the box and find: Front, back, left, right, top and bottom panels. Also find a package of eight 2 1/2 inch and sixteen 1 5/8 inch stainless steel screws.

The wall panels are labeled a,b,c and d.

Step 1: Screw the left back and right walls together using the 2 1/2 inch screws.

Step 2: Slide the bottom panel into place. Screw the front wall on.

Step 3: Screw the top on using the hinge screws. Screw the piston clips to the walls and lid in the same place they were before dis-assembly. Snap the hydraulic pistons into place.

Step 4: Screw the four blocks to the bottom in the corners using the 1 5/8 inch screws. Use the thin ones, the thick ones, or any combination (to acheive water run off). Or use none. They are recommended when the box is to be used outdoors so fresh air can keep the boards on the box's bottom dry.
